You don’t even know basic color genetics for your breed, and you’re planning on breeding?
If you need to ask this question here it is a sign that you don’t know anywhere near enough to be breeding.
Please go do some serious research on responsible breeding.

I’d expect some white and some black. This is a question best answered by a canine geneticist. I don’t ever remember seeing a GSD with a blaze or who was merle, but I suppose it could happen….

Depeds. There is this whole genetical concept that you would need to understand. The answer lays in genes and probability. You would need to check which genes are dominant and which ones recessive. You would have to find out what genes does your dog and the dog that she mates with have. You would also need to make a punnet square with both dogs’ genes for the trait to find out the ratio for a black or white puppy to be born. Sometimes the gene can be an incomplete dominant (meaning that the trait might be the blend of both parents’ traits) or it can be a co-dominant (meaning that both traits are represented). Your question is too general to answer. You would have to find out your both dogs’ genes (by looking at the traits of their parents and grandparents), find out which trait is dominant (if they are complete dominant, recessive, incomplete dominant or co-dominant by making the gene family tree) and you would have to make a punnet square to determine the likelihood of a certain type of puppy being born.
In short, you do not have enough genetical data to come up to the conclusion. The puppies can be balck, white, gray or black and white. More data is necessary. More research needs to be done.
FIRST you need to realize there are a number of health problems that are associated with this breed. This includes spinal problems, bloat and torsion, HD and elbow dysplasia, OCD, epilepsy, pancreas problems, and eye problems. The parents of the German Shepherd Dog puppy should have OFA and CERF certificates.
WITHOUT testing your dog for these, the pups will be–

mixes
mixed breeds
mongrels
