Can’t wait to get a German Shepherd when I grow up!
German shepherd look a lot like tamaskan dogs!!!!! The only difference is that tamaskans look more like a wolf!
that what makes the german bloodline better , im talkin about the displasia.
anw its CALLED a GERMAN shepherd so let it be.
the ones that are really slanted are american german shepherd.
German german shepherds have less sloped back
I was wondering if anyone could help me?
Around about how old is a German Shepherd when they are fully teethed.
Thanks.
whats a good dog food for GSDs’?
I agree that Eukanuba over prices for shitty ingredients..
Yes, and Eukanuba is a terrible dog food on top of it.
is this a dog food comercial?
hahaha the purely has the slanted back and thats whats beautiful in the german line
my cousin and i have grew up with big dogs (shepherds) all our lives, to me, i think they are one of the most amazing and talented dog breed out there
I grow up with one , he was the best dog ever and i never had to be scared that something happens to me .
The only thing i don’t like is how the Hips are , it is to much pain and it doesn’t even look good .
german shepherds are a great dogs to have. Lol i would give my dog a steak to.
If you treat it well, this dog will love/defend you to death.
he wasn’t a german bred dog, they are not like in dog shows, maybe he was born in germany or had sone german ancestors like all german shepherd do but he wasn’t a true german lined dog if u want i will send you pictures about the differences 4 u 2 check out
German lines don’t have the slanted back??!! What about the one that one best of breed in crufts in 2008? That was the first German shepherd from german lines to win best of breed in crufts (all prvious have been either english or american) and there was a hug outcry about how badly slanted his back was, how the breeder had made some obvious mistakes and how bad the dgos hips were.
No slanted backs in the german lines??
only the american lines have weak hind legs, the german lines don’t have the slanted back, and are overall much stronger and bigger thn the american lines and don’t have this this problem so it depends wich kind of shepherd he/she has
German Shepherds have weak hind legs for some reason. Owners are told not to encourage the animal to jump because of this
After fucking up a Thief who hopped my dad’s warehouses fence. Where we store 20K worth of tools. I fed my Shepherd a nice juicy raw Beef steak.
I completely agree with you, especially your last sentence there! I have a GSD and a Pomeranian, and while my Pom has a lot of character and I love him just as much, I feel that I have this very special bond with my GSD…
I spent so much time with him (training him, exercising and playing with him, etc) that we suddenly have this non-verbal way of communicating with one another. Sounds weird, I know, but GSDs are just very special dogs.
I have a GSD and a Pomeranian, and both do well inside the house. The only thing is that the GSD sheds a lot, all year long, as compared to the Pom. Also, the GSD has a lot of energy and therefore, likes to be busy; he needs a “job”. That’s why I make sure I spend enough time with him – train him, exercise him – so that his energy translates to something positive. I have to agree with Charity2000’s comment: GSDs’ owners need to put the time to make them good pets (the reward is priceless!)!
oops typo!sorry
yes,yes,and yes!they make a GREAT family dogh!
