Kaine is 2 and 10 months right now. He was about a year in this video. I would recommend you look into clicker training and Karen Pryor. Your dog most likely doesn’t stay down because the behavior does not have a strong reinforcement history.
Tricks are fun, mentally stimulating, and they create a stronger bond between us. I got a GSD because I fell in love with the breed at age 7 and wanted one since. Training is something every dog should recieve and our training is just another way to have fun:).

we Have a german shepperd who is 16 months but wont stay down. any suggestions?
What made you want to teach Kaine all of his tricks? Did you get Kaine because you were going to train him?
